Eligibility
Open Senior Classes
All competitors in the Championship Races must hold current Cross
Country Canada racing licenses.
CCUNC Classes
All competitors in the Canadian College and University Nordic Championships
must hold current Cross Country Canada racing licenses. For more
details, please refer to the CCUNC web site at www.ccunc.ca.
Doping Control
Canadian Championship athletes and coaches are advised to be fully
aware of the Cross Country Canada rules regarding the use of banned
substances.
Entry Deadline
Entries must be received no later than midnight, Wednesday,
February 26, 2003.
Entry forms received within 48 hours of this deadline (midnight,
Friday, February 28, 2003) will be subject to a $10.00 surcharge
per person per event. Entries received after this period of grace
will not be accepted.
Entry Registration
Race entries and fees for the Canadian Championships may be sent
by mail, by fax, by email or on-line
registration (to the Race Secretary). If sent by fax,
email, or on-line registration
the original entry form, signed by a division Chair or Coach, must
be submitted to the Race Office by Noon, Monday, March 3, 2003,
accompanied by all outstanding payments and waiver forms.
Make cheques payable to Cross Country
Ontario.
Entry Fees
* $35 per individual event for Juveniles, Juniors and Seniors.
* $45 per team for Relays
Note: Trail Passes will be available to registered competitors
and their coaches for pre-race training days i.e. March 3 and 5.
Guests of registered skiers and those not registered to race will
be expected to purchase trail passes.
