Race Office and Information
A race office will be open at the race site from Sunday noon for information
and checking entries. It will be maintained on site until the end
of competition. Start Lists and Race Results will be made available
as required during the week. Banquet tickets will be available for
purchase

Team Captains Meetings
Team captains meetings will take place at the race site Monday,
March 3, Wednesday, March 5 and Friday, March 7. The draw for the
Canadian Championship events on March 4, 6, 8 and 9 will be determined
by the first Canada Points List published in 2003.

Medical facilities
The event will be staffed by the Canadian
Ski Patrol . The race site is within 20 minutes of a modern
fully equipped hospital.
Doping Control
Canadian Championship athletes and coaches are advised to be fully
aware of the Cross Country Canada rules regarding the use of banned
substances.
Awards
Awards will be presented in the chalet following each event.
Prizes for the Canadian Championships Individual Events are medals
and cash awards. Merchandise prizes will be awarded if available.
