Social Events
Opening ceremonies will take place on Tuesday, March 4 at 1.15 PM prior to the awards ceremony.

All coaches are invited to a Coaches Reception to be held at 9:00 PM on Thursday, March 6 following the athletes banquet. The reception will be held at the Leisure Time Centre at 100 Minnesota Street

Banquet
The banquet will be held on Thursday, March 6 at Collingwood C.I. from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. Tickets will be on sale all week at the Race Office . Ticket price is $16.00.

Clinics
A Volunteer Orientation session will be held on Sunday, March 2 at 1:30 at Highlands Nordic. All volunteers are invited to attend.

A Coaches technique and upgrade workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 5 at 2 PM. The location will be announced at the races.
