Volunteers are needed - Can you Help

As you are well aware, it takes a significant number of people to make an event run smoothly. If everyone does their job in the best interest of the competitiors, the event will be a success. We are asking you to help us out by committing as much time as you have available during this week of March 3 - 9. As usual, the pay is outstanding! We will provide lunch and free skiing at Highlands Nordic after the events of each day.

WE NOW HAVE ENOUGH VOLUNTEERS FOR THE EVENT. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO OFFERED THEIR TIME. WE ARE NOW PREPARING A WAITING LIST FOR VOLUNTEERS. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE FILL OUT THEVolunteer Information Form and return it to us so that we can schedule the event. You will be notified if we need your help.

The Southern Ontario Division will be running an Ontario Cup race on January 25 - 26 at Highlands Nordic. Anyone who has volunteered would be welcome to help at this event in order to have an opportunity to meet the people that they will be working with at the March races. Please let us know if you are interested in helping at the Ontario Cup as well.

Attention all volunteers: There will be an orientation meeting for all volunteers on Sunday, March 2 at Highlands Nordic at 1:30. If you are unable to attend that day, you could also attend the Ontario Cup in January, so that we can review the details of the race at that time.
