Getting Here
Travelling to Canmore is easy! The town-site is accessible from the Trans-Canada Highway and is only a one hour drive from Calgary. The Calgary International Airport is serviced by all major domestic airline carriers.
Getting to the Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park is also easy! The race venue is located a short five minute drive from the town centre, just off the Smith Dorrien Spray Trail.

Road Conditions
Please note that weather and road conditions can change fast in the mountains. We recommend checking the weather and road report before heading out.
Vehicle Rental
We recommend making early reservations if you intend to rent mini-vans or sport utility vehicles during the 2011 Haywood Ski Nationals. The following car rental companies may be able to assist in arranging transportation. The Event Organizing committee is also looking into setting up a shuttle service that may alleviate the need for multiple vehicle rentals. Check out our Event Transportation page for more details.
