Please reference the Race Invitation for more information.  If there is a conflict in information between the Website and the Race Invitation, the Race Invitation is considered to be correct.

Registration

Registration for the 2011 Haywood Ski Nationals will open on January 20, 2011.  Click on the zone 4 logo to be taken directly to the registration.

Please note that all entries must be received online. Zone4 accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard. No entries or changes will be accepted after the registration deadline.

All registrants are reminded to fill out the registration carefully and accurately, including:
   * Team Sprint Registration (see below for more information)
    * Event Trail Pass and Banquet Ticket purchase (see below for more information)
    * Information on citizenship and residency status
    * Race License type(s) and number(s)
    * Club, Team and School Names
    * CCUNC Eligibility & Forms

Team Sprint Registration

Athletes must pay for the team sprint under their individual registration.  Athletes are not able to select a partner... this must be done by the coaches.

Coaches must submit team sprint pairings as part of their online registration.  Pairings must be submitted by noon on Thursday, March 10. 

No unofficial teams are permitted in the Team Sprint.  Categories are as follows:
Challenge (Juvenile & Junior Boy/Girl)
Open (Junior & Senior Men/Women)
CCUNC

Trail Passes

All athletes must have a seasons pass or trail pass every day they will be on skis.  An event trail pass, good for the entire event (March 9th to 19th), is only available for purchase on Zone4 for $50 when you register.  Event passes will not be for sale in the race office; day trail passes will cost $10 per day and are only available from the Day Lodge at the Canmore Nordic Centre.  Please purchase your event trail pass when you register to save money.

Banquet Tickets

Banquet tickets are available to purchase on Zone4 upon registration.  Tickets are also available in the Race Office.

CCUNC Eligibility

Canadian university, college and CEGEP students are reminded that they must complete CCUNC eligibility forms and mail them to the Competition Secretary (competitionsecretary@canmorenordic.com) prior to March 6, 2011.

Confirmation Lists

Confirmation lists will be available on Zone4 as registration progresses and will also be available in the race office during the event.  All Team Captains must come to the race office upon arrival in Canmore to confirm their team entry information.

Changes and Concerns

If you have any changes or concerns with your registration, please contact the competition secretary at competitionsecretary@canmorenordic.com.  Changes will be not accepted after the registration deadline (March 5, 2011).
